Requirements:
- Must have an MBA or a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or a related field.
- Membership of a relevant professional body (CIPD, SHRM, IHRMP and other relevant professional qualifications).
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, of which at least three must have been at a managerial level.
